Introduction:

Have you ever kept a secret even though you might get into trouble for doing so? Do you believe in magic? Have you ever wanted to visit another time and place or meet someone from then? No??  Well neither did Omri until he he received a very special birthday present. Then some exciting things began to happen. To make his new friends happy Omri had to learn a lot about another time and place. You have some new things to learn too in this WebQuest. Happy Hunting!

Task:
It is your task to help Omri provide the things that Little Bear and Boone need to survive in their new world. In order to do that you must learn as much as possible not only about the things they use but also about their geographical locations, historical events, culture, and prejudices. This means research. You must understand not only the day to day things they use in their lives but also events that are happening in their time that affects their thoughts and feelings. This will be accomplished with an I-Search. An I-Search is a research paper where you have chosen a topic that interests you. It is written in the 1st person. For example you would say, "I learned that the Iroquois wore....".
